The menus are based on the Mediterranean diet, ensuring that pupils enjoy a gastronomic experience through a varied, healthy and balanced diet and are accompanied by a salad. The dessert offered is seasonal fruit and on Thursdays dairy products.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nIn the 1st and 2nd years of Primary Education, some dishes may correspond to those on the Infant Education Menu by teachers and monitors, who encourage the acquisition of good table manners and ensure an appropriate atmosphere of coexistence.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nIt is a complementary educational service that allows the development of healthy eating habits.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nWe follow the guidelines of the Health Department of the Community of Madrid and the NAOS (Strategy for Nutrition, Physical Activity,
